Rocket Launching Experiment: Experience Newton’s Laws in Action
Rocket Launching
Rocket Launching Experiment Workshop
Ever dreamed of launching your own mini rocket?
In our thrilling workshop, The Rocket Launching Experiment, you’ll build a rocket and watch it blast off into the air!
During the experiment, you will:
-
Learn how to design a safe, simple rocket.
-
Use everyday materials to power your launch.
-
Discover the science of thrust, pressure, and Newton’s laws of motion.
This phenomenon happens because the rocket builds up gas pressure (from a chemical reaction like vinegar + baking soda, or compressed air in a bottle). When released, the gas escapes downward, pushing the rocket upward — a perfect demo of Newton’s Third Law: every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
The workshop is fun – hands-on – explosive (in the best way!), perfect for students who love combining engineering, physics, and excitement.
Don’t miss it!
Join us and experience the thrill.
